Experience beautiful works of art that capture the essence of our relationship with the majestic horse, and the great outdoors. The pieces are all judged, and you can vote for the People’s Choice Award.

Saturday Evening Showcase
It's the best of the Expo as our favorite clinicians demonstrate their talent and expertise in an unrehearsed and spontaneous show. Lots of surprises and heart-thumping thrills!

Horse Sale
The horse sale is back this year. Managed by Dave Hammond Auctions there will be quality broke horses under saddle for every level of ability. Sale preview Saturday June 7th and Horse Sale Sunday June 8th. Consignments now being considered.
 

Trail Symposium
A gathering of experts and opinion leaders from the equine trades, the horse industry, and the private sector, to examine and discuss issues of importance to horsemen.

Young Rider Park
It's a chance for our youngest audience to see magnificent horses up close and personal...featuring displays and activities that include the gentle Castle Rock Arabians...where kids can safely come face to face with these remarkable, friendly creatures and even paint them with tempera paint.

Breyerwest
Three fun-filled days featuring Model horse shows, workshops and seminars, guest artists and sculptors, swap meet, raffles, carfts and activities, model horse painting, Breyer Sneak Peek.

Hall of Fame
The Western States Horse Expo Hall of Fame Award was established in 2002 to recognize an individual and/or organization who has made a substantial contribution to the Equine Industry in the United States.
 
Driving Darby
A new addition to the Horse Expo family of events is the Driving Darby competition held in the Sundowner arena on Saturday and Sunday. This is fun that the whole family can get involved in. From single pony to four in hand carriages these fast paced rigs fly through obstacle courses and maneuver through patterns that would make you hesitate with both feet on the ground. We look forward to having the American Driving Society back again for even more entertainment in the years to come.
